A Morning Walk

Katherine and I recently took a six-mile morning walk that showed a variety of birds going about their morning activities.

Western Bluebird looking for breakfast at the old Wrigley Chewing Gum building.
Dark-eyed Junco also looking for a tasty morning treat.
Anna’s Hummingbird on display.
American Coot making a splash at Antonelli Pond.
Surf Scoters in conversation in the waters off West Cliff Drive.
Snowy Egret making soon to be washed away footprints on a beach below West Cliff Drive.

When you start looking, there is so much to see!
